FreeToolWish("we," "us," or "our") provides free online tools for PDFs, images, documents, and everyday tasks at freetoolwish.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Our guiding principle is simple: we ask for as little as possible, and we keep your files in your hands. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

We only collect what we need to run and improve the Service:

• Usage and device data.Like most websites, we may automatically receive basic technical data such as your browser type, device, approximate region, and the pages you visit, to keep the Service secure and understand what's useful.

We use the information above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the tools you request.
• Respond to your messages and support requests.
• Send occasional product updates if you joined our mailing list (you can opt out at any time).
• Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and improve reliability and security.

We do notsell your personal information, and we don't use your files to train models or build advertising profiles.

We designed the Service to be privacy-first. Wherever it's technically possible, tools process your files on your own device, so the content never leaves your browser.

When a specific tool must send a file to our servers to finish the job, that file is used solely to generate your output and is removed shortly afterward. We do not keep copies for any other reason.
