Terms & Conditions
The ground rules for using FreeToolWish — what you can expect from our free tools, and the simple things we ask of you in return.
Last updated: June 10, 2026
01Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to FreeToolWish(the "Service"), available at freetoolwish.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.
02Description of the Service
FreeToolWish offers a collection of free, browser-based tools for working with PDFs, images, documents, and other everyday tasks. We may add, change, or remove tools and features at any time as the Service evolves.
03Using the Tools
The Service is free to use, and most tools work without an account. You agree to use the tools only for lawful purposes and only on content you own or have permission to handle.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any files you care about. The Service is not a storage or backup product.
04Acceptable Use
When using FreeToolWish, you agree not to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation.
- Upload or process content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, resell, or commercially redistribute the Service without our written permission.
- Use the tools to create unlawful, harmful, harassing, or deceptive material.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.
05Your Content & Files
You keep all rights to the files and content you process with the Service. We don't claim ownership of your content.
Wherever possible, tools run in your browser so your files never leave your device. When a tool must upload a file to complete a task, it is used only to produce your result and is not retained afterward, as described in our Privacy Policy.
06Intellectual Property
The Service itself — including the FreeToolWish name, logo, design, text, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as allowed by these terms or applicable law.
07Availability & “As Is”
We work hard to keep the Service running, but it is provided free of charge on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, with or without notice, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
08Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. You use the tools and rely on their output at your own discretion and risk.
09Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeToolWish and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or files, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero.
10Third-Party Services & Links
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services and websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold FreeToolWish harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms or the rights of others.
12Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
13Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of FreeToolWish, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts that have jurisdiction over the operator, to the extent permitted by law.
